Tony Jordan
Operations Director:
Tony's main role is the running of the day to day administration and financial aspects to the business. He is also involved at pioneer level of developing projects with various collaborators.
He has developed an expertise in systems for monitoring psychotherapy outcomes and in team support and management.
Tony has many years experience of working in a variety of mental health settings, including the NHS and Mind.
He has post graduate training in counselling psychology, and is an NLP Practitioner & Life Coach. He had an earlier successful career as a manager in engineering.He is therefore well equipped to support practitioners in the admin. side of their work as well as advising on developing their business practice.
He has specialist knowledge in the field of outcomes measurement in psychological therapies and is a trainer and consultant in this field.
