Jordan Counselling & Jordan Psychology is part of the umbrella company 'Jordan Consultancy Ltd' offering psychological therapy, counselling and supervision in Sussex on the South Coast and Central London. Practitioners offer therapies including EMDR, trauma focused cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), NLP, life-coaching, person centred, systemic and integrative psychodynamic counselling.

Brief-Focused-Therapy is available for those whose preference is for a package of a one off two hour session with a follow up. This utilises a Life Coaching perspective and works well for those who already have many strategies for their situation but have become a little stuck in moving forward. This approach helps to free up thinking and develop existing resources.

Life Coaching also promotes well being and facilitates decision making and change necessary for enhanced fulfilment in personal and professional life.

Relationships can be a source of joy and satisfaction but also sadness and stress when life crises or conflict arises. Sometimes people need some external input to sort through their experiences and relationships in order to move forward. This is some of what Jordan Consultancy offers.

Clinical supervision is also offered for colleagues' practice, whether in training or as qualified psychologists or counsellors/therapists. This is an exciting and stimulating part of networking and enhancing professional development.

We also provide training and media comment in the area of relationships, family, communication, trauma, abuse and bereavement.
